Hollywood High 16 Contents sequences

Over the past few days, I coincidentally came across three separate sequences of NBDs down the Hollywood High 16 set spanning over 7 years, all in Contents sections of magazines. I also know that Andrew Reynolds' variel heelflip cover on the November 2010 The Skateboard Mag also appears in the Contents as a sequence, but I haven't scanned it yet. I will include that and any other HH16 sequences I come across in this post going forward.
