Skateboarder's reaction to 9/11

The January/February 2002 Skateboarder was the first issue of the magazine that went to print after the events of September 11, 2001 in New York City and elsewhere. Then-EIC Aaron Meza introduced the issue with a statement explaining the relevance of a few pieces within the magazine, explaining that they were created to capture a skateboarder's perspective on 9/11 immediately after it had happened. It's very interesting to me to see these early reactions with over two decades of separation from that day, and I hope you do as well. My condolences to anybody reading this who lost someone close to them on that day.
